The bar chart illustrates the proportions of different waste disposal methods, namely landfill, incineration, recycling, and composting, used in four distinct countries.

Overall, landfill and recycling represent the most common ways to manage waste across the surveyed nations, with incineration and composting generally accounting for smaller percentages. There is a clear variation in preferred methods between the countries.

Looking at landfill, Country A disposes of almost half its waste this way, at 45%. This contrasts sharply with Country D, where landfill accounts for only 15% of waste. Recycling shows the opposite trend; Country C recycles half of its waste, the highest proportion for any method shown. Country D also has a high recycling rate at 30%, whereas Country A and Country B recycle 25% and 20% respectively.

Regarding incineration, it is most prevalent in Country B at 35%, which is notably higher than Country C's 10%. Composting rates are highest in Country D and Country C, both at 30% and 20% respectively. Country A uses composting for 10% of its waste, making it the least common method for this nation.
