The line chart illustrates average monthly spending on children's sports and the number of participants in football, swimming, and tennis in Asia from 2006 to 2016.

Overall, both the amount of money spent and the participation in all three sports experienced steady growth throughout the period. While football had the highest number of participants, swimming and tennis showed the most significant increases.

Average monthly expenditure on children's sports climbed consistently from $20 in 2006 to $40 in 2016, exactly doubling over ten years. In terms of participation, all sports attracted more children over time, but the growth rate was not the same for each.

Football remained the most popular sport, starting at 150,000 participants in 2006 and reaching 225,000 in 2016. However, swimming participation grew more sharply, rising from 95,000 to 180,000. Tennis, although the least popular, also saw a considerable jump from 30,000 to 65,000 children. This means both swimming and tennis had a faster rate of increase than football.
